Each nominee will have a chance to be selected to the program where they will receive recognition in the corresponding publication, as well as a complimentary guest of honor at our BRAIN Memory Conference taking place on May 16, 2024 in Chicago, Illinois. |
Behavioral health experts help individuals experiencing memory-related disorders, such as Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, by tapping into the latest patient-centered care and treatment plans available. Their cognitive medical expertise coupled with compassionate care aims to treat the individual and those supporting them.
Home health & home care providers work together with patients and their families to provide compassionate care to individuals experiencing memory-related disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Their ability to bring tailored treatment to the in-home setting enables them to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the unique needs of individuals with memory impairments.
Hospice & palliative care providers work together in harmony to provide compassionate treatment to individuals with memory-related disorders, like Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Their efforts provide comfort not only to their patients, but to the families and friends that surround them.
Senior housing & senior living memory care teams work together to provide the highest quality care and treatment to residents facing memory-related disorders, such as Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Their comprehensive understanding of the needs of individuals with memory impairments is an invaluable resource for residents, as well as their loved ones and friends.
Skilled nursing providers push for the highest standards of care and treatment for their residents who experience memory-related disorders, such as Alzheimer’s disease and various forms of dementia. Through a combination of medical expertise, compassionate care and a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs of individuals with memory impairments, they strive to provide a nurturing and comfortable setting.
The Memory Care Innovation Awards showcase leaders who are making an impact as an industry thought leader or influencer. The nominees should be those who have not previously received many, if any, industry accolades.
Memory care innovators with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a given industry (behavioral health, home health and home care, hospice and palliative care, senior housing and senior living, and skilled nursing) are eligible for this Awards program.
All entries cost $500 USD. Payment method is by credit card only. Failure to pay the entry fee will prohibit consideration for the application to the Memory Care Innovation Awards program.

Yes, we will accept a maximum of two (2) nominations for individuals from the same organization. Once the limit is achieved, any additional nominations received will be notified that the maximum number of submissions has already been reached for the program.
No. We encourage those working in for-profit and nonprofit organizations or public/governmental agencies to apply as well.
No. We are looking to highlight the contributions of individuals within an organization.
Yes, but we encourage submissions for individuals who may not have previously received other awards or accolades.
