The Memory Care Innovation Awards (“Awards”) takes place between February 1, 2024 and April 5, 2024. The Awards starts with a nomination process in which individuals or corporations will nominate a Memory Care Innovator for consideration as part of the program. Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, editors will evaluate each entry in its respective category to determine the inaugural Memory Care Innovation Awards Class of 2024.
All nominees must be employed by a for-profit, nonprofit, or governmental agency in the industries Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, and its publications covers and/or the businesses that support them. Each award entry fee must be paid prior to the entry deadline in order to be considered for eligibility for consideration and judging. Entry fees are non-refundable. Prior award winners should not be resubmitted for nomination to the program.
Individuals, a corporation or governmental may nominate someone for the awards program via the online submission starting February 1, 2024 and complete the process prior to 11:59 PM Central Standard Time on March 15, 2024 for consideration. Upon submission, each individual will be entered into the Awards.
Below are the minimum requirements for the Memory Care Innovation Awards application process:
Each nominee, if not self-nominated, accepts these terms and conditions upon accepting the nomination and hereby agrees to the terms and conditions of the Awards. By entering the Awards, nominators and nominees agree to consent to Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, to use the personal information provided for the purposes of evaluating, judging and promoting as part of the agreement to participate in the program. Failure to claim or accept the nomination or meeting the eligibility requirements may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the participation in the inaugural Memory Care Innovation Awards class.

All entries are $500 USD.
All submissions will be evaluated by the Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, editorial staff. The editorial staff may select up to forty (40) members from the submissions. Selection of a candidate as a Memory Care Innovator is at the sole discretion of the editorial staff. The entries selected for the inaugural Memory Care Innovation Awards class for each category will be announced online on April 5, 2024.
Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Awards, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, virus, human error, tampering or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Awards, as determined by Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, in its sole discretion. In such event, Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, reserves the right to award the prizes from among the eligible entries or plays received up to the time of the impairment. Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the or to be acting in violation of the Awards terms and conditions of this or any other promotion or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Awards may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Aging Media Network’s, a WTWH Healthcare company, failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections; for errors in communication protocols; failed telephone, computer or electronic transmissions; for jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions; for phone, electrical, network, technology or computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or any other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; or for non-receipt of any entry regardless of the cause of it not being properly received. Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, is not responsible for unintelligible, late, lost or stolen entries; for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Awards; or for any technical, printing or human errors which may occur in the receipt, non-receipt or processing of any entries in the Awards. AGING MEDIA NETWORK, A WTWH HEALTHCARE COMPANY, MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. Any personally identifiable information collected during an applicant’s participation in the Awards will be collected by Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, and used in accordance with the Aging Media Network’s, a WTWH Healthcare company, Privacy Policy. Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, will share the nominators’ name with the nominee, but not with the judges nor with the general public. Beyond the usage described in these terms and conditions, the information provided will be collected, stored and used in accordance with Aging Media Network’s, a WTWH Healthcare company, privacy policy.
By submitting nomination, nominees (or persons entering on behalf of nominee) shall allow Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, and/or designees the perpetual right to use his/her entry, name, biographical information, photos, videos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. A signed affidavit of eligibility, publicity release and release of liability may be required.
Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Illinois.
By participating, each nominee releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, and Others from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Awards.
Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, reserves the sole right to amend or alter the terms and conditions of the Awards at anytime. By entering the Awards, nominee agrees to abide and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, which shall be final in all matters pertaining to this Awards program. All entries become the property of Aging Media Network, a WTWH Healthcare company, and will not be returned. Void outside of the fifty (50) United States/District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
